When will I receive my order?

Shipping and processing take up to 7 to 10 business days. 

Can I track my order?

Once your Jean Gary candle order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking info. 

*Returns*

At this time, we do not accept any returns on our candles. If there is a problem with your candle or if your order has been lost or damaged, please contact us at info@jeangraycandleco.com and we will rectify the issue.
